What does The Dizzy Horse include?

Full Refrigeration & Ice bin

With two refrigerators included, stock up to 240 cans or anything else you need. Store up to 50lbs of ice in the drop in ice bin.

Running Water

Hand wash and drink rinsing sink to make clean up and operation that much more efficient. 19 gallon grey water tank and 16 gallons of clean water.

Storage and Organization

2 speed rails for ease of service. Butcher block shelving, counters, and several outlets for your convenience including USB charging. Fan for air circulation.

Service Window(s)

Flip up side service window being the primary point of service, utilize the back service window if your event calls for it.

What do we have to supply for the trailer to run?

All that is needed to run the trailer is one dedicated 110v line. Run an extension cord to the exterior service plug and you’ll be good to go. Each event, the trailer water tank will be filled for use. If more water is needed there is a courtesy hose fill on the exterior of the trailer to easily refill the tank. There is also an easy great water pump valve so you can keep your event moving smoothly.

How do I book The Dizzy Horse?

Fill out some basic information about your event on our Contact Page and we will get back to you as soon as possible with more information and pricing. Once we lock in how we can help you with our packages and upgrades, we will require a 50% deposit in order to secure your booking & date. We will generally arrive two hours before your event to set up unless otherwise discussed.

What does the security deposit cover?

We require a $100 security deposit. This security deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days after your event as long as there is no damage to the trailer, or additional rented items. We will also check that all additional rented items are accounted for. If there is any damage or items unaccounted for, the deposit will not be refunded. Any damages that exceed the amount of the security deposit shall be the responsibility of the person financially responsible for the event.

Do I need a liquor license to rent the trailer?

No, we are considered a dry hire business, so you will not need to worry about any liquor licenses if you’re serving alcohol.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we carry General Liability as well as Liquor Liability insurance to cover us at each event we are booked for. If your event space requires a COI, we are happy to provide one for your event.

Where do you travel to?

We will travel within 30 miles of the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania included within our pricing. Anything outside of this range we are happy to attend, there will just be an additional mileage charge.

How much does it cost to rent the trailer?

Our packages start at $500. Each event is different and will be customized according to the specific event you are hosting.

What are the dimensions of The Dizzy Horse?

Our trailer is 8' Tall, 14' Long and 8' Wide. As the trailer can only be moved with a vehicle, please plan for it to be set up in an easily accessible area.

What type of payments do you take?

We can accept checks, Venmo, cash, or Zelle.

What’s the capacity of what you can serve out of the trailer?

The Dizzy Horse can comfortably hold two bartenders, so as long as your service professionals can move at a rate for your events pace, you can serve anywhere from a small event to a larger corporate event.
